Delivery
can be arranged worldwide and all artworks are insured during
transit. The Evelyn Gallery only uses reputable delivery
services. Responsibility for the artwork only falls upon the
buyer/recipient after the delivery has been accepted, therefore
the artwork should be inspected on receipt and, if damaged, we
should be advised immediately.
After verbally confirming your location, the carriage rate will be advised to you and will depend on the
delivery location and the size of the piece of art work. However
in some circumstances, especially if you live within a small
distance of the gallery it may be possible to deliver your
selected piece of art free of charge.
The delivery
cost will be added to the cost of the art work and you will be
advised of the total. You will then need to pay this total using
one of the payment methods on the purchase
page.
Being committed to the highest quality of service, if you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase then you may return
the item to the Evelyn Gallery within 14 days of receipt. We
will arrange collection as long as it has been re-packaged
securely for transportation.
Once the item has been returned and received by us in perfect
condition within the 14 days we will refund the entire amount
paid excluding any shipping costs. The buyer will not be
held liable for the cost of the artwork whatsoever in the event
you should simply change your mind.

residing within the United Kingdom.
